I realised the other day that I hadn’t converted my Topsport rewards points to bonus bets. Topsport is the only Australian bookmaker to actually take a decent bet and usually have Pinnacle like prices. This NFL season I have placed a fair few bets on Topsport and that resulted in $4,500 worth of bonus bets.
I thought I’d have a bit of fun on twitter and give away some of my bonus bets.

The second tweet was a poll on the first scorer market in the Newcastle v Many City game. I put $100 on Raheem Sterling to be the first goalscorer at $4.50 and Luke was one of the 23 to vote and retweet so he won $350.

Then Tristan from Topsport kindly offered to match any money that I sent to Charity from these bonus bets. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t thinking about doing any charity bets, but how can I say no to doubling my giving.
After having a think of what to do, I’ve come up with a plan for the $4,500 in bonus bets.
Dailyprofit members beers for bets
I’ve been meaning to set up a Dailyprofit get together for years. We have a large concentration of members in both Sydney and Melbourne and for the next 6 months, each week I will chuck on a $100 multi on some of the games we are betting on. All profits will go towards a Christmas party in 2020. Depending on how much is in the kitty, we may do 2 events (Sydney and Melbourne).
The first lot of bets resulted in no return. But we do have 23 more multis to go. Hopefully, a few of them hit.

Charity bets
I’ll be taking $1,000 of the bonus bets and asking 9 other twitter accounts to place a multi for charity. Each person (including myself) will be given $100 to place on any bet they like. The only stipulation is that the odds must be over $5.
Topsport will double any winnings and they will go to a charity that deals with pancreatic cancer. Long-time readers will be aware that my mum has had pancreatic cancer and is still going through treatment. So it is a cause that means a lot to me.
The rest
The remaining $1,100 will go towards some fun bets for people who follow me on twitter. $200 has already been given away, which means I have 9 more $100 bets to give. You can follow me on twitter here.
