November Fitness Review (-1.6 KG)

This month I’ve been suffering from man flu. So there was very little exercise. I still managed to lose 1.6 Kilos in November and was so close to dropping under the 90 KG mark for the first time in well over 4 years. I’ve been bouncing between the 90-92 KG mark for the month and hopefully, in December I can get into the 80s and never see the 90s again.

I managed to eat Keto for most of the month, with 2 cheat days.

My Oura ring stopped working in November. Not great for it to last only a few months before breaking. After a few weeks of back and forth with customer support, they shipped me a new one and I sent the old one back. But that meant I didn’t record much data in November.

December is the busiest month for most of us. I have a heap of birthdays (my own included) and of course all the Christmas parties. My plan is to be extremely strict until the 24th of December. I’ll then take the week off and go nuts for one final time in 2018. From the second of January 2019, I’ll be back on the keto train and by December 2019 I’ll be in the low 80s and the healthiest I’ve been in 10 years.
